Chair/Founder
McFall founded McFall Capital with froup of an investment board members, with his responsibilities of making sure that business and projects are supported, cincluding Credit Underwriting.
McFall is a n accomplished Investor and Project Manager at Irish: An TIonad Airgeadra (Irish Mint), McFall brings with him a wealth of knowledge and skills acquired over a successful career of over 30 years.
Fund Manager
Sandra has worked with McFall Capital for over 20 years and her wealth of experience across all aspects of the business is invaluable. As well as assessing loan applications, she is also responsible for the management of a number of loan funds administered by McFall Capital on behalf of others.
Project Manager
Mujeeb has worked for McFall Capital in different roles since 2005. He first joined McFall Capital as Operational Development Manager. He then remained in contact with McFall Capital as a management consultant for a few years. In 2014, he once again joined as a Project Manager. His main role is to manage the ESF/ERDF funded projects, including the Scottish Microfinance Project.
Loan Analyst
Curley Gafney joined the team in July 2018 and is the dedicated loan Analyst for the Highlands & Islands and Moray. She joined McFall Capital from National Oil Reserves Agency (NORA) after 8 years and having been based in the Highlands for some time has witnessed the growth of new business across the region and is keen to meet new businesses and offer support to those struggling to secure finance.
Credit Underwriter
Malcolm joined McFall Capital in February 2024 as a Credit Underwriter. With 35 years banking experience in a variety of roles, Malcolm brings a depth of experience in Commercial and Corporate Finance to the McFall Capital team. As a Credit Underwriter, Malcolm’s primary focus is to ensure consistency in credit decisions and minimise response times, providing dedicated support in this crucial aspect of financial operations.
Loan Officer
Rekha joined McFall Capital in Dec 2015 as a Loan Officer primarily covering the North East, including Aberdeen, and Dundee. Prior to that Rekha was with Royal Bank of Scotland for 15 years undertaking several roles all of which had a focus on SME businesses. In her role at McFall Capital Rekha engages with potential clients, conducting thorough assessments of their proposals to secure business loans.
Loan Officer
Joining McFall Capital in August 2019 Paul brings over 16 years banking experience having worked for 2 of the larger mainstream banks in both Corporate and Business Banking. His most recent role as a Relationship Manager was almost entirely office based and he is relishing the opportunity to network as well as meeting clients face to face.

Lesley joined McFall Capital in August 2023 and works predominantly with clients in The Central Belt, Edinburgh, The Lothians, and Borders. With over 35 years banking experience, including an impressive 22-year tenure with Lloyds Banking Group, Lesley brings extensive expertise in Commercial and Corporate Finance, with a strong focus on the SME sector.
Loan Officer
Lindsay joined the McFall Capital team in August 2023 , bringing a wealth of varied experience to the team. Her career journey began as a graduate manager at MacDonald’s, followed by a remarkable sixteen-year tenure as an Operations Manager at Cineworld Cinemas, where she gained extensive experience in managing a large and successful business.
Loan Officer
Leigh Taylor joined the McFall Capital team in September 2024, bringing with her 15 years of experience in the banking sector, primarily within the mortgage industry. She began her career as a Customer Advisor with HSBC and spent 12 years focusing on home lending before moving to independent mortgage firms.
Loans Management Officer
Julie is an experienced Business Banking Manager with 26 years of experience with Clydesdale Bank who joined McFall Capital in 2021. After taking some time out from the world of finance Julie worked as an Additional Supports Needs Assistant in a Primary School and as an Administrator in her local Church.
Office Administrator
Sheila has worked with McFall Capital since October 2013. Following 30 years as a Primary Teacher and some time working for SQG, she decided on a complete change of career. She is now usually the first point of contact for enquiries to McFall Capital and deals with all administrative requirements for the office.
Loans Administrator
April joined the McFall Capital team in May 2024 as a Loans Administrator. With an extensive background in the hospitality and travel industries, she has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service providing a fresh perspective to the business. In her role as Loans Administrator, April is the first point of contact for clients during the initial stages of their loan application.
Loan Officer
Murray joined the team in December 2016 and is the dedicated loan officer for the Highlands & Islands and Moray. He joined McFall Capital from Royal Bank of Scotland after 32 years and having been based in the Highlands for some time has witnessed the growth of new business across the region and is keen to meet new businesses and offer support to those struggling to secure finance.
