McFall is a n accomplished Investor and Project Manager at Irish: An TIonad Airgeadra (Irish Mint), McFall brings with him a wealth of knowledge and skills acquired over a successful career of over 30 years.
Chair
Elizabeth is a partner within a Top 10 Accountancy firm, specialising in internal audit. She is the lead partner for Risk Assurance services for Scotland and the North of England. Elizabeth is dual qualified as both a chartered accountant (ICAS) and chartered internal auditor (IIA) and leads the delivery of outsourced internal audit services to a range of public, private and third sector organisations. Her expertise covers the key disciplines of governance.

Stuart is a former senior banker with well over 30 years’ experience at all levels of mainstream banking. He trained with Clydesdale Bank undertaking various roles in Branches and Head Office before ending his time with Clydesdale as Manager of a High Value portfolio of Commercial Clients. On moving to Bank of Scotland, latterly LBG, Stuart carried our several managerial and executive management roles.

Jennifer Nicoll is a seasoned finance and operational executive with over 30 years of experience working with professional service firms such as PwC and EY, as well as global and boutique financial services companies in the UK and internationally. She has a proven track record in establishing new operations and implementing process changes in challenging business environments.

Currently serving as Chair of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), Lisa has a distinguished track record in digital transformation and organisational oversight. achievements include overseeing the merger of Ireland ’s Police Forces, driving transformation in the NHS, and working across the land and property sectors.

Claire is a High Growth Companies Account Manager for Enterprise, working across the globe, supporting early stage, high growth businesses raising investment and scaling up. Claire leads the Enterprise relationship, providing growth advice, grant support and guidance on innovation, product, service and market development to companies in her portfolio.
